Cycle Friendly Community

Cycling Scotland has developed a suite of Cycle Friendly programmes to help promote and support cycling locally and make our workplaces, schools, campuses and communities more cycle friendly.

Community groups across Scotland can apply for a number of funding streams and support programmes throughout the year to help them encourage cycling locally, all of which can help towards gaining the nationally recognised Cycle Friendly Community Award.

Cycle Friendly Community Development Fund
Development grants of up to £20,000 are available to support and enable delivery of initiatives and projects that will lead to more communities receiving the Cycle Friendly Community Award. Guidance for the fund can be found here - if you are interested in applying for funding please get in touch using the contact details below (closing date 18th July 2018).
