Adult Cycle Training (ACT) is the name given to the training courses developed to support adults to cycle more as part of their everyday life.
ACT covers 4 courses for participants:
ACT is delivered by Cycle Trainers who have undertaken a one hour ACT instructor orientation.
This orientation provides key information about the course, the resources, additional support, course administration and the Cycling Scotland database.
An additional 30 minute orientation is required to deliver Family ACT sessions.
