Bikeability Scotland Instructor Trainer (BSIT)

Overview

The two day Bikeability Scotland Instructor Trainer (BSIT) course enables you to deliver the Bikeability Scotland Instructor (BSI) course.  You will take on the role of an instructor trainer and be shown how to use the Cycling Scotland training hub so that you can add classes, register participants and issue certificates.  This course includes familiarisation with the BSI course and resources along with valuable teaching techniques.  After you have passed the course, there is a minimum of two days shadowing and mentored delivery that needs to be completed before being fully signed off as a BSIT. A minimum of 3 courses must be delivered every 2 years in order to keep this qualification up to date.
