Overview

This one hour workshop has been specifically designed to support people that drive for business to adopt safer habits on the roads. This course is relevant for anyone who claims business mileage or uses a council vehicle, and is based upon our accredited CPC training for LGV and PCV drivers.

The workshop promotes increased hazard perception, and increased awareness of vulnerable road users, including those on bikes.  In addition to reinforcing the changes in the highway code, It aims to provide participants with a greater understanding of their needs.  During the training, drivers spend time in the classroom where they are taught about best practices to adopt around vulnerable road users in both rural and urban environments.

What skills do I need?

Participants should hold a provisional (or full) driving licence and will benefit from familiarity with the Highway Code.
