What skills do I need?

Be able to cycle competently and confidently in a range of traffic conditions.

Have a reasonable level of fitness.

What will I need?

Clothing appropriate for the weather conditions.

 

It is recommended you use your own cargo bike  and helmet if you have one.

 

If there are more people than cargo bikes attending the course, there must be other bikes available for other candidates to use.

 

If you do not have access to a cargo bike please contact your nearest provider to see if they can make one available.

Please contact your nearest provider for details. Some providers are funded to deliver courses for free, whilst some will have a charge.
